Premium Handcrafted Wavy Wooden American Flag
Each Timbrecon Woodworks wavy wooden American flag is individually carved and shaped by hand to create the deep, flowing contours that give the flag its distinctive wave effect. This version features white-stained stripes, creating a brighter, more traditional red, white and blue appearance while still allowing the natural character of the wood to show through.
The union features crisp vinyl-applied stars, and the front and sides receive two coats of crystal-clear high-gloss epoxy. The epoxy creates a deep, glass-like finish that enhances the rich red, white and blue colors while highlighting the handcrafted contours of the flag.
Each flag is handcrafted in my Wilmington, Massachusetts workshop, and because every piece is made from real wood, natural variations in grain, knots and character make every flag unique.
Craftsmanship & Materials
Each flag is carefully carved, shaped and sanded by hand from Select Pine. The deep-wave pattern creates the dimensional appearance, while the white-stained stripes distinguish this version from our natural wood stripe design.
The union features crisp vinyl-applied stars. The front and sides receive two coats of crystal-clear high-gloss epoxy, creating the deep, glass-like finish that gives the flag its polished appearance.
The flag is reinforced for strength and stability and includes heavy-duty D-ring hangers, installed and ready to display. The back receives a clear protective finish.

Every flag is custom made to order in my Wilmington, Massachusetts workshop.
Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
