Shipping Policy

All orders from Timbrecon Woodworks are handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is built by hand, shipping timelines may vary based on workload, design complexity, and finishing requirements. Once your order is complete, it will be securely packaged and shipped using a trusted carrier. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

 

 

Processing Times

Standard production time for all handcrafted products is 2–3 weeks. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on design complexity and are non‑refundable once production has begun.

Every flag, sign, and décor piece is carved, sanded, stained, and finished by hand. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before purchasing to confirm availability.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is handcrafted and often personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or made‑to‑order pieces.

However, your satisfaction matters. If there is an issue with craftsmanship or quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and determine the best solution.

 

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• the damaged area

• the packaging

• the shipping label

This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and begin the replacement process. We will work with you to make it right.

 

 

Custom Orders

Custom designs, personalized text, engraved details, and one‑of‑a‑kind commissions are created specifically for you. Because of this, custom orders are non‑refundable once production has begun.

We provide proofs, mockups, or confirmations when needed to ensure accuracy before carving or finishing starts.

 

 

Local Pickup & Local Delivery

Local pickup is available in Wilmington, Massachusetts by appointment. If you would like to pick up your order, please us at sean@timbrecon.com  after placing your order so we can schedule a pickup time once your piece is complete.

For customers located within a reasonable driving radius of Wilmington, local delivery is available at no additional charge. If you’re interested in delivery, please reach out by email so we can confirm availability and arrange a convenient delivery time.
