Q: Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. Most of our wooden flags and signs can be customized with names, dates, badges, coordinates, logos, or department details. If you have a specific idea in mind, just reach out and we’ll bring it to life.

 

Q: How do I place a custom order?

Q: Can I request a size that isn’t listed?

Yes.  Timbrecon Woodworks has produced many flags and signs in custom sizes for customers.  Contact us with your specific ideas so when can discuss.

 

Production & Craftsmanship

Q: How long does it take to make my order?

Most pieces take 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload. Custom designs may take slightly longer.

 

Q: Are all items really handmade?

Yes. Every flag and sign is handcrafted in Wilmington, Massachusetts using premium materials, professional tools, and detailed finishing techniques.  Learn more on our About page.

 

Q: What materials do you use?

We primarily use high‑quality pine or hardwoods, premium stains, paints, vinyl stars, and durable epoxy finishes depending on the piece.

 

Shipping & Pickup

Q: Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States. All items are packaged securely to protect them during transit.  More details are provided on our shipping policy page.

 

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Customers in Massachusetts can arrange local pickup in Wilmington.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost? 

Products created by Timbrecon Woodworks come with free shipping in the continental United States.  

 

Care & Maintenance

Q: Can my wooden flag or sign be displayed outdoors?

Most pieces are designed for indoor use. Outdoor display is possible with proper protection, but long‑term exposure to weather may affect the finish.  If you want us to put a durable outdoor finish, simply contact us or leave a comment in the remark section when checking out.

 

Q: How do I clean my wooden piece?

Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, chemicals, or excessive moisture.

 

Returns & Policies

Q: Do you accept returns?

Because each piece is handcrafted, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.  See our return policy for details.

 

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right.

 

Q: Do you offer refunds on custom orders?

Custom pieces are non‑refundable once production has begun.  More details are available in our policy page.
