Wavy Wooden American Flag with White Stained Stripes & Epoxy Finish
This handcrafted wavy wooden American flag is individually carved from Select Pine to create deep movement and a bold, flowing wave effect. Each flag is shaped and sanded by hand, then finished with rich red and blue color and white-stained stripes for a brighter, more traditional red, white and blue appearance while still allowing the natural character of the wood to show through.
The union features crisp vinyl-applied stars, and the front and sides receive two coats of crystal-clear high-gloss epoxy. The epoxy creates a deep, glass-like finish that enhances the colors and natural wood grain while highlighting the handcrafted contours of the flag.
Each flag is reinforced for strength and stability and includes heavy-duty D-ring hangers, installed and ready to display. The back receives a clear protective finish.
Because every flag is handcrafted from real wood, grain patterns, knots and subtle variations will differ from piece to piece, making every flag unique.

Every flag is custom made to order in my Wilmington, Massachusetts workshop.
Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
