Craftsmanship & Materials
Each flag is built from high-quality pine or select hardwoods, depending on the size and project. The wavy pattern is carefully carved by hand to create a bold three-dimensional effect, while the hand-cut raised stars add additional depth and dimension.
Each flag is carefully torched, sanded, stained, and sealed with a durable clear polyurethane finish that protects the wood while allowing its natural grain and character to show through.
Reinforced back bracing and heavy-duty hanging hardware are installed for secure wall display.
Made to Order
Every flag is made to order in our Wilmington, Massachusetts workshop. Typical production time is 2–3 weeks.
Available in sizes from 36" to 60", with custom dimensions available upon request.
