Wavy Wooden American Flag – Raised Stars & Polyurethane Finish
This handcrafted wavy wooden American flag is individually carved from Select Pine to create deep movement and a bold, flowing wave effect. Each flag is shaped and sanded by hand, then finished with rich red and blue color while the natural wood stripes showcase the character and grain of the wood.
The union features raised 3D wooden stars, giving the flag added depth and dimension. The flag is protected with four coats of gloss polyurethane, creating a durable, high-shine finish while preserving the handcrafted character of the wood.
Each flag is reinforced for strength and stability and includes heavy-duty D-ring hangers, installed and ready to display.
Because every flag is handcrafted from real wood, grain patterns, knots and subtle variations will differ from piece to piece, making every flag unique.

Every flag is custom made to order in my Wilmington, Massachusetts workshop.
Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
