This handcrafted wavy wooden American flag is carved by hand to create deep movement and a bold, flowing wave effect. Each flag is shaped from Select Pine, glued and screwed for strength, then sanded smooth and painted with vibrant reds and blues that give Old Glory its signature character. The white stripe is left natural to highlight the wood grain and add a subtle rustic touch.

The union features vinyl‑applied stars, offering crisp detail and a clean, professional finish. The front and sides are sealed with two coats of crystal‑clear epoxy, creating a durable, glass‑like surface that enhances color and protects the wood. The back receives two coats of clear protective finish to keep it clean and sealed.

Lettering, logos, and custom artwork can be added to personalize your flag. All artwork is printed on high‑quality vinyl and applied cleanly for a sharp, polished look.

Handcrafted in Wilmington, Massachusetts using premium lumber and durable finishes. Because each piece is made by hand in my Wilmington, MA workshop, wood grain and finish will vary slightly, making every flag one‑of‑a‑kind.
