Handcrafted Wavy Thin Blue Line Flag
Each Timbrecon Woodworks Thin Blue Line flag is individually carved and shaped by hand to create the deep, flowing contours that give the flag its distinctive wave effect. The black and natural wood design is accented by a hand-stained blue stripe, creating a dimensional tribute design with strong visual contrast.
The union features crisp vinyl-applied stars, and the front and sides receive two coats of crystal-clear high-gloss epoxy. The epoxy creates a deep, glass-like finish that enhances the wood grain, colors and carved contours while giving the flag its distinctive polished appearance.
Each flag is handcrafted in my Wilmington, Massachusetts workshop, and because every piece is made from real wood, natural variations in grain, knots and character make every flag unique.
Craftsmanship & Materials
Each flag is carefully carved, shaped and sanded by hand from Select Pine. The deep-wave pattern creates the dimensional appearance, while the hand-stained Thin Blue Line provides the signature accent across the flag.
The union features crisp vinyl-applied stars. The front and sides receive two coats of crystal-clear high-gloss epoxy, creating the deep, glass-like finish that protects the flag while highlighting the natural character of the wood.
The flag is reinforced for strength and stability and includes heavy-duty D-ring hangers, installed and ready to display. The back receives a clear protective finish.
Made to Order
Every Thin Blue Line flag is custom made to order in my Wilmington, Massachusetts workshop.
Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
