Wavy Wooden American Flag With Vinyl Stars and Epoxy Finish
Each wavy wooden American flag is handcrafted from Select Pine in my Wilmington, Massachusetts workshop and individually carved to create the deep, flowing contours that give these flags their distinctive three-dimensional appearance.
The flag is shaped and sanded by hand, then finished with rich red and blue color while the white stripes are left natural to showcase the character and grain of the wood.
The blue union features crisp vinyl-applied stars, and the front and sides are finished with two coats of crystal-clear high-gloss epoxy. The epoxy creates a deep, glass-like finish that enhances the colors, highlights the natural wood grain, and gives the flag its polished appearance.
Because every flag is made individually from real wood, grain patterns, knots and subtle variations will differ from piece to piece. Those natural differences are part of what makes each flag unique.

Every Timbrecon Woodworks flag is custom made to order in my Wilmington, Massachusetts workshop.
Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
Natural wood grain, knots and subtle variations mean no two handcrafted flags will be exactly alike.
