Wavy Wooden Thin Red Line Flag – Handcrafted Firefighter Tribute with Epoxy Finish
This handcrafted wavy wooden Thin Red Line flag is individually carved from Select Pine to create deep movement and a bold, flowing wave effect. Each flag is shaped and sanded by hand, with a black and natural wood design accented by a hand-stained red stripe for strong visual contrast.
The union features crisp vinyl-applied stars, and the front and sides receive two coats of crystal-clear high-gloss epoxy. The epoxy creates a deep, glass-like finish that enhances the wood grain, colors and carved contours while giving the flag its distinctive polished appearance.
Each flag is reinforced for strength and stability and includes heavy-duty D-ring hangers, installed and ready to display. The back receives a clear protective finish.
Because every flag is handcrafted from real wood, grain patterns, knots and subtle variations will differ from piece to piece, making every flag unique.

Every flag is custom made to order in my Wilmington, Massachusetts workshop.
Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
