Wavy Wood Jolly Roger

This handcrafted wavy wooden Jolly Roger flag brings bold pirate‑themed character to any man‑cave, beach house, bar area, or nautical‑inspired space. Each flag is carved by hand to create deep wave movement, painted black, and finished with a clean Jolly Roger logo for a striking, adventurous look.

The flag is built from solid 2" x 4" boards that are screwed and nailed together for strength and durability. The front and sides receive two coats of epoxy, giving the piece a deep, glass‑like shine that enhances the wave effect and protects the wood. Two heavy‑duty D‑ring hangers are installed on the back so the flag is ready to display the moment it arrives.

Custom wooden flag designs are also available if you’d like this style personalized with a name, logo, or unique concept.

Handcrafted in Wilmington, Massachusetts using premium lumber and durable finishes. Because each piece is made by hand in my Wilmington, MA workshop, wood grain and finish may vary slightly, making every flag one‑of‑a‑kind.
