Black & Natural Wooden American Flag – Vertical or Horizontal

Choose the orientation that fits your space. This handcrafted black and natural wooden American flag is available in both vertical and horizontal configurations, with each flag individually built so the union and stars are properly positioned for the selected display orientation.

Made from 3/4" Select Pine, the natural wood is lightly torched to bring out the grain and paired with deep satin-black stripes and a matching black union. The result is a bold, subdued American flag that combines rustic wood character with a clean, modern look.

Choose Your Star Style

Each size and orientation is available with your choice of three star options:

• White Vinyl Stars — Clean, crisp and precisely cut for a smooth, classic appearance.
• White Raised Wood Stars — 1/8" thick wood stars mounted above the union for added dimension.
• Black Raised Wood Stars — 1/8" thick wood stars finished in black for a fully subdued, dimensional appearance.

All three star styles are available at the same price.

Vertical or Horizontal — Your Choice

This flag isn't simply turned sideways to change the orientation. Vertical and horizontal versions are built specifically for the way they will be displayed, allowing the union and stars to maintain the proper orientation.

Every flag is individually handcrafted in my Wilmington, MA workshop. Because real wood is used, variations in grain, knots and the torched finish are natural and help make every flag unique.

Processing & Shipping

Each flag is made to order, with a typical production time of approximately 2–3 weeks.

Free delivery is included.
